1, degreasing: Grease with the surface of the workpiece must be skimmed, there are generally three kinds of methods: organic solvents degreasing, water-based degreasing agent skim, high-temperature carbonation degreasing. Whether the degreasing is thoroughly effective will directly affect the adhesion of the coating;
2, Derusting, except Burr: any rust or burr of the workpiece is prohibited direct coating, must be removed by removing the burr process, this process is best to use mechanical methods to avoid pickling to prevent hydrogen embrittlement;
3, coating: After the removal of oil and rust cleaning parts must be coated, sprayed, brush coating method for surface coating; 4, pre-bake: The workpiece of the wet film of 120±20℃ must as soon as possible in the temperature, bake 10-15 minutes, so that the coating water evaporation;
5, sintering: pre-baked workpiece must be at the high temperature of about 300 ℃ sintering, sintering time of 20-40 minutes, can also be appropriate to improve the temperature to shorten the sintering time;
6, Cooling: The workpiece after sintering, to discuss the surface treatment of the Rockwell process must be cooling system after the full cooling of the reprocessing or finished product inspection.
